PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Acting in accordance with Law on Data Privacy Protection (“Official Gazette of RoS”, No. 87/2018 – hereinafter: The “Law”), „BRITVA DOO“, Kafeterija Magazin 1907, 16 Kralja Petra Street, Belgrade, registration number: 21821110, TIN: 113193521, the Controller hereby informs the person whose data are being processed on all information concerning the processing of personal data.

  1. Personal Data being processed

Personal data that we process are exclusively data that you provide to us, as follows:

  •  Name and Last name;
  • Phone number;
  • E-mail address.

  1. Purpose of processing

The Controller uses the data collected from the client i.e. the person to whom the data relates in order to enable them to access the BRITVA application and communicate with it for the purpose of scheduling appointments for the provision of services at the request of the client.

a) Legal basis of processing
Execution of the contractual relationship after the registration of the client i.e. the person to whom the data relate on the BRITVA application.

b) Obligation to provide Personal Data

Providing personal data is mandatory if the client i.e. the person to whom the data relates wants to access and register on the BRITVA application in order to obtain services by the Controller.

  1. Personal Data retention period

Personal data are kept for the period for which the client uses the BRITVA application. When the client stops using the BRITVA application and / or after the request for deletion of personal data submitted by the client to the address info@britva.rs,  those  will be permanently deleted.

  1. Personal Data Recipients

    a) The recipient of personal data is exclusively the Controller.
    b) Transfer of personal data to another country or international organization

Personal data are not transferred to another country and / or international organization.

  1. Security of Personal Data

The Controller has taken the necessary measures recommended by the European Commission and the competent authorities in order to maintain the required level of security, in accordance with the nature of the personal data being processed and the circumstances of processing, avoiding, as far as possible and always in accordance with technical achievements, their changes, loss and / or unauthorized access and processing. In this regard, the data is stored on a computer system that is secured by a password system and cryptographic protection and which is accessed only by an authorized person of the Controller.

  1. The rights of the persons whose data are processed

The person whose data are processed has the right to request from the Controller the access to personal data, correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data relating to them, as well as the right to object to data processing, the right to data portability, in writing, “BRITVA DOO”, Kafeterija Magazin 1907, 16 Kralja Petra Street, Belgrade, or by e-mail: info@britva.rs, as well, the person whose data are processed has the right to file a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, as well as the right to initiate other appropriate proceedings before the competent authorities, in accordance with the Law.
